use of safety helmets
I think I am somewhere in the middle of the helmet debate. I have heard of people saved from serious injury, and then I hear about people who have worse injuries(usually back or neck) for wearing them, cuz the helmet I am told stops the rest of your body from bending. I am no expert in any way, but listen to the pros and cons.
