This is laughable. Do you realize what your arguments sound like before you post them? It doesn't look like.

Not angry at all dear, very sorry if you are taking my comments as angry. Just sick and tired of reading the shit you’re slinging! I have a good friend who is a Moderator at one of the ‘horse forums’ that have on-line discussions and question and answer forums. She sent me the email below. I can only assume YOU are the punk kid doing all the bragging that she is referring to in her email. It certainly fits your MO to date.

No bragging involved actually.

“This video was taken surreptitiously of this woman. Some punk kid is bragging that she took the video and got this lady fired from her job and removed from her barn. I sure hope calmer and more knowledgeable heads prevailed. This is no more horse abuse than yelling at one. There is no blood, no marks, no bruises, no rope-burns and no abuse of any kind. I have been a horse trainer for more than 50 years and I have seen more abuse at a 4-H show or play-days where horses are spurred and beaten all the way out of the gate. What I see is not good training because this lady has lost her ‘cool’, and, like a reactionary and out-of-control horse, is not teaching anything nor is the horse learning anything. In 50 years of training, I have lost my cool a few times and it has always not been an effective way to get training done, but it does happen. No harm was done and after both she and the horse ‘cooled off’, the horse loaded like it should have done in the first place. I certainly hope harm has not been done to this young lady, either financially or physically (I understand she has been threatened) because this just does not constitute abuse in any way. This kind of ‘over-reacting’ is exactly what PETA, HSUS and other radical animal rights groups look for so they can further their agenda of stopping all livestock and pet ownership and use. They love nothing more than to see people lose their rights or own, train and show horses. We are ALL losers if any action of any kind is taken against this young lady. I do not know her, have never seen her and do not know if she is a ‘good’ trainer or one just learning. I do not know if this young lady is contemplating taking legal action concerning the posting of defamatory statements and misleading information on the internet. But she certainly should. I know that I removed her address and contact information from the post made on the forum I moderate on and hope the other line organizations will do the same.”

If you want to pull the PETA card (or any other radical group) then you need to be prepared to have an answer as to how to prevent groups like that from removing your rights as an equestrian and horse owner. One of those solutions is by being responsible enough to deal with horse abuse issues such as beating a horse with a plastic bat to get them on the trailer in a temper-tantrum sort of out of control moment through the proper channels such as Animal Services as has been done rather than trying to defend it. All that does is fuel radical groups and give them fodder for their arguments that people obviously cannot police themselves and responsibly care for the  horses they have.

The only losers in this situation are the woman who, as a professional, lost sight of how her actions could impact her reputation as well as mar the horse industry as a whole. As a person REPRESENTING a breed no less, she *should* have known better. If she wants to do this in public then by all rights do not claim to be a professional.

The reposting of the video was done at the request of dozens of people who wished to continue sharing it. The only person gaining fame is actually Cyndi, I have no need for it.
The video shows all of what I was present to witness of the situation. It was n

"You must have nothing better to do Erica.  Don't you have real abuse cases to 'investigate'?   This is NOT abuse, get over it AND get over yourself.  This trainer is a good trainer and gives wonderful clinics.  Both myself and numerous friends have attended her clinics over the years.  Was she mad, it certainly appears so BUT that isn't a crime.  You tell one side of the story, which is certainly convenient for your book sales and other services your offer on your websites.  Are you hocking those erotic photos of yourself too?  Nevermind, not interested.  Guess your 15 minutes of fame is just about all used up.  Too bad you sleezy excuse for a horse advocate!  Barrel racers as well as others have fallen into your web of delusional thought processes.  Let the authorities handle what they are paid to handle.  Threatening an individual and publishing personal information is certainly slander in the simplest of forms.  But you must already know that as this certainly isn't your first time to do this to someone.  You make me PUKE."

Stated in true angry fashion, blinded to what is really going on. To correct the mistakes in your assumption - I do not investigate abuse cases. This situation was spontaneous, unplanned and unexpected. The "professional" should not have placed herself in such a precarious position in public if she did not wish to have people see her actions. We live in a day and age where everyone has the ability to take photos and video on their phone. I was not the only person to witness this event or record it on video.

The only story told is the one portrayed in the video, which does not need any further embellishment. The authorities are doing what they need to in issuing a citation for cruelty.

In no way have I attempted to profit from this video, neither of us are competing for the same market of horse people and work professionally in different sects of the horse community. I have also not attempted to garner book sales from this video, which I can tell you has not changed in the rate of sales.

I am unaware of any erotic photos that you mention, let alone selling any.

Barrel racers are not in agreement with me in many ways, but then again you would not understand that because you are merely making generalized assumptions instead of looking at the facts of a situation.

I have made no threats towards the woman in the video.

It is interesting because you would argue that if I were not backed by a great deal of experience in the horse industry I was merely an ignorant do-gooder with no horse knowledge. But then as someone with experience in many fields of the horse industry on a professional level you will only argue that it is for my own gain. There is such a thing as a person being genuinely concerned for horses, who has experience in them, without seeking monetary gain from a sad situation such as this.

Nice to know you are so bothered by me and the situation as to troll the web and make sure you post your misinformed opinion everywhere you get a chance. Kudos.
