Hi, all. I'm so glad to join this group. I'm almost 59, and I've been riding twice a week for decades. Just enough to keep me out of trouble. I ride dressage. I'll try to make this brief. After my first baby, I had a lot of pelvic discomfort due to overstretching, etc., and had a uterine suspension to "hoist" things up.
