- A Bit About Me and my Horse(s)
- I started riding with Pony Club, and I was obsessed since I can remember. Later on, I was in one of the first group of students at the now defunct Humber College Equine Program - 1975/6. I owned my horses 20 + years ago. The first, a reg'd Canadian Sport horse mare 16.2 bay, and later a reg'd Thoroughbred gelding 16h bay. I had to give him up, and riding altogether, due to time demands (sole caregiver to elderly parenets). Now I am disabled with Arthritis and Crohns. My desire is to become well enough to ride again.
Dec 16/09 Updated to add: I'm now the pround owner of a fantastic dressage champion Trakehner ! oh Joy! oh Bliss! what a Christmas!
