Sorry to hear about your arthritis. 

We probably both need riding and horses, me so I can keep walking on my two feet and you to keep you moving.

I used to jump too, or try to, my undiagnosed MS was already affecting me giving me horrible balance.  Still I jumped for several years, and I wish, wish, wish I could do it again.  Back then adults had to jump 4 feet to compete in hunters, today people boast of showing at 3'6".  Hey, I could jump 3'6" but 4' just was to sudden for my bad balance to adapt to.  Now I just putter around the ring, mostly at the walk with some trot.
