A Bit About Me and my Horse(s): I am still an equestrian and horse owner after 55 years, but I no longer compete. I came up through the pony club ranks in MD with the opportunity to fox hunt with a major hunt, compete in three national rallies, show hunter - jumper at the recognized and local level over a span of 25 years. I was subjecting my appy mare to dressage until the spinal injuries stopped that effort. I'm now in two thoroughbred partnerships, one a breeding endeavor, and one a racing partnership. I stable my mare at home with one boarder, and now ride for pleasure.

I have found that the best way to spread the word about our community is via the Internet and email invitations where people can click directly on our link. I do notice that our members often link our blogs , videos, etc. to posts they place on bulletin boards and we seem to get many members that way as well.
Thanks for your suggestion though - I will consider that for the New Year! :)
