- A Bit About Me and my Horse(s)
- I have been horse mad all of my life. I asked for a horse from the time I could speak. I got my first one at age 11. My main area of interest is in trail riding. I have mountains and grasslands close to where I live and find no better way to spend a day than with a packed lunch, themos of coffee and a couple of dogs and my palomino mare on the trail with a friend or two. I just got back in to horses after 25 years. I sold my childhood horse when I went to University and vowed I'd get another in the future. Now, three kids later and a satisfying career and supportive husband, I am back in the saddle again. Yay! There is nothing like the smell of a sweaty horse and damp leather to take me back to the best days of my life. I am truly blessed.
