I am 15 but have been riding since I was 7. I used to have a huge amount of confidence in my own riding and ability however some accidents (mostly not myself) while riding have completely altered that. I have a 15hh welsh cross thoroughbred chestnut 8 year old mare named Cracker. She is a talented horse but with no confidence jumping. I have won classes and been placed in cross-country, dressage and showjumping but have also done terribly! This is all down to loosing confidence in the warm-up and the start of cross-country courses!
I too had some major falls and it truly does get into your head. But I have a new life's philosophy that I wish to share with you. And I believe this to be true and I hope it helps.

Hi Lucy,
I too had some major falls and it truly does get into your head. But I have a new life's philosophy that I wish to share with you. And I believe this to be true and I hope it helps.
