A Bit About Me and my Horse(s)

Married to Bobby G, my knight in faded Carharts. I'm an amazed daughter of the King, the reason for my hope. Empty-nest mom of four fine sons. Nonni to the delightful Miss Ella. Nosy mother-in-law to three beautiful young women. Pack leader to a very odd canine and a delighted owner and breeder of the Andalusian, just amazing horses!

I'm not a great friend, because even though I LOVE my friends and think about them ALL THE TIME, I rarely call to tell them this, so eventually most just give up on me. A shout out to the few for hanging in there and calling me when I go missing!

I have a restless soul and love to travel. I could live pretty much anywhere in the world and be content.
I have nice stuff, but that's all it is...stuff. The more you have, the more tied you are to one place, so I am in the midst of "clearing the clutter", selling the extra horses, and untangling myself from my life. We will probably even put the farm up for sale in the next few years. Crazy I know! The kids are not thrilled about it, but Bobby G and I are rattling around in this big old house and spend most weekends working on farm up-keep, when we could be out exploring.

I do not cook well, but I love good food and wine, so I REALLY like fine dining. I'm not a shopper, but if pressed into it, I do pretty well in an amateurish sort of way, though I rarely wear anything other than jeans, a t-shirt and boots.
