- A Bit About Me and my Horse(s)
- I have 3 children 7 dogs and 1 2yr old gelding (Acheron). Acheron has had a tough start to his life. When he got gelded we had to take him to New England Vet Hosp. because he was a cryptorchid, when we got back from the hospital he came down with strangles and 4 months later we found out that he had OCD and a subchondral bone cyst in his left stifle. We took him to Univ Of Penn. to have that repaired and now we are just waiting for the X-rays to be redone in June to see if he will ever be able to be ridden or if he is going to be truned out to pasture at the age of 2.
