A Bit About Me and my Horse(s): I am a breeder of Dutch Warmblood. We have six broodmares, two yearlings, two weanlings , my sister's 4 years old mare and Tuckson . All KWPN except Tuckson who is Shetland.

We' moved from Quebec 4 years ago after falling in love with a a 140 years old brick house in Maxville, which needed urgent loving tender care. It came with 75 acres and some run down shed and barn . Since then... well , work, work, work, non stop to establish oursefl as breeders and improve the premisses. We did a lot but there is even more to do and I took an early retirement to be here full time now. And to be sure to get exhausted we have bought and rent some other 100 acres to do our own hay and sell the suplus.

My passion is horses for as long as I could remember and only other horse's lovers can understand this passion as it is so demanding. I love being around my horses and seing them happy. We keep them all outside all year long and they really enjoy it. I can see the difference when for some reasons we have to bring them in (sickness or foaling).

I also enjoy all the reading, research and travel it take to find the best stallion for my mare. My goal is to produce the PERFECT horse. As someone said, it is not the destination but the road to your destination that counts or something like that... so I am in for a very, very long trip... and I love it!
