A Bit About Me and my Horse(s)

I am a beginning rider again after learning to ride in Germany as a child. Back then I was at dressage competition beginners level. That was 30 years ago. I just got my first own horse a bay roan quaterhorse mare named Rain. She is very sweet. She came to me out of a situtation where she had been neglected. She was skinny and filthy, her hoofs where not professionally cared for and to short, she had stone bruises and issues with an abscess.She is coming along nicely and she is very sweet and I am having a ball with her. My main interests are going trail riding with her and just having a great time. Maybe a couple small local events but in general I just ride because it is fun and because I love her.
