Get Started Today with these 10 easy tips:

  1. Drink Water – many people get their thirty and hungry signals mixed up. Sometimes when you think you are hungry you might actually be thirsty.
Also when you are thirsty you don’t tend to savour your drink, most people
just down the drink quickly. My advice is when you are hungry or thirsty,
start with a glass of water. Only have juice or pop as a treat and don’t
use those types of drinks to quench your thirst as you are just downing
calories without even savouring the taste. Water has no calories so you
can drink as much as you like with no worries of gaining weight!
