Started under saddle, English, roughly 60 days riding work to date. Xena is a big, powerful mare with tons of presence and even more personality. She is eager and forward and a blast to ride for an
experienced
rider. She would make a great partner for medieval reenactments,
competitive
trail, or other riding challenges that would give her interesting things
to
think about and creative places to explore! She’s an alpha mare who is comfortably in charge in the
pasture, not mean or aggressive. She takes good care of her herd. She
has been
kept in a mixed herd with mares and geldings of all ages and sizes.

This is NOT a beginners or “husband horse”, but for someone who wants a classic, powerful, gorgeous mare as their new partner, Xena
may be just what they need.

Xena’s adoption fee of $2,500 includes the $1,000 professional riding training already provided. Payment arrangements are available
