AQHA * for real this time or more smoke and mirrors

What sparked this publicity campaign?

I did by filing a criminal complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office against AQHA for deceptive trade practices sanctioning abuse of the horse. Only abusive training techniques and their resu...lts are winning and thus trainers and rider who do not use such techniques are losing business and showing opportunities. What is appalling though is that AQHA did this same publicity campaign in 2009 <> http://www.equisearch.com/news/aqha_welfare_011609/

So once again the same people who have 'really' tried to bring about change at AQHA are back in the spotlight that did not produce the changes previously. Why, because the officers and executive committee members refuse to enforce the rules and regulations, instead opting for glory and cash for AQHA.
