As someone who is a beginner, I really love when I start to see signs that the horse and I are communicating, whether it's on the ground or in the saddle (at the walk or slow trot!). I don't know what kinds of games that would lead to, but I could spend a lot of time going from walk to halt and walk to trot experimenting with different aids that speak to the horse and having him understand. Also using my weight aids to help steer the horse into very simple patterns is lots of fun. Really simple, but for a beginner, really thrilling! I have no suggestions for more advanced riders though. :)
