The petition is at: , http://www.defendhorsescanada.org/pdf/chdcpetition2010.pdf. Please google Canadian Horse Defence Coalition and you will get a ton of information about the Bill and the new slaughter requirements of the EU. Please call your MP and tell him/her that you support this Bill.
