Started the day by viewing Karen Rohlf's 5 Qualities of Successful Students. The qualities are: 1. Curiosity 2. In the Moment 3. Self Awareness 4. Practice Change 5. Reframe Being Uncomfortable. I am determined to rate myself on these qualities after each visit with my horse.
