This pony that I read won't stop rushing when she's behind, and won't stop pausing and pooping whenever she has to trot on or is in front. I've tried giving her taps behind and infront of the leg beforehand but it doesn't work, as well as putting on a firmer leg. Any advice anybody?????? I don't want to keep stopping others in my lesson by this stubborn pony! :) Please comment and give advice!

Ask your instructor's permission to do this. When your pony starts rushing do a smallish circle (ask your teacher how big.) If all your pony gets to do every she rushes is go around in boring circles she might start to reconsider. This may take a while, but if you are consistent and determined to bore her with circles until she listens to you this could work. Work on the rushing first, and ask your teacher to let you work this out before you try leading the class again.
When retraining horses it is best to work on one issue at a time, however when she stops and poops, after the first time she poops (she might really have to), use your crop on her hind end each time. Take your hand with the crop OFF the rein before you use the crop. You might also be wise to take a handful of mane in the hand holding the reins before you spank her, that way you won't jerk her in the mouth if she moves forward suddenly. Just hit her once on the butt each time she stops.
Keep your heels down when you do this. This will make the pony feel like you are more in charge.
Hope this helps.

You need to be a bit firmer with the pony in general when riding and handling. If the pony has more respect for you it will behave better and listen to you when you're riding. Pony's know who the leader is and it needs to be you. Best of luck ;-)
