Olympic Gold Medalist Isabell Werth Heads List of Dressage Riders Who Use Equine Matrix

San Marcos, CA – December 5, 2011—Equine Matrix is proud that Isabell Werth, one of the world’s most successful dressage riders, gives her horses Equine Matrix products.

Werth heads of list of dressage riders who are part of Team Matrix, a global line-up of riders who trust Equine Matrix and its line of supplements.  Other dressage riders include Catherine Haddad-Staller, alternate on the U.S. teams at the FEI World Equestrian Games in both 2006 and 2010, and Swedish Olympic rider Patrik Kittel.   Team Matrix could be well represented in the London 2012 Olympics with Werth, Haddad-Staller and Kittel vying to represent their countries in the dressage arena.

Werth has won five Olympic gold medals, seven medals at World Championships, 14 medals at European Championships, and is an eight-time German National Champion. In 2011, she was awarded the L’Annee Hippique Rider of the Year award in Dressage.

Werth credits Equine Matrix as being a big help to her horse.  "Equine Matrix gives my horses all they need to stay fit and in top condition," she said.  ECP Matrix is well known in top dressage circles as a product that helps horses gain focus and concentration.  With the recent FEI Laboratory Anti-Doping certification, riders benefit from peace of mind in the show ring knowing that Equine Matrix is the only US product to have submitted to and received this designation.

Werth reached the pinnacle of the dressage world with individual and team Gold Medals at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, riding the legendary Gigolo.  Following Gigolo’s retirement, she continued her success on Satchmo with another double Gold Medal performance at the 2006 World Equestrian Games at Aachen.   Satchmo was retired in a public ceremony at Stuttgart on November 20, 2011.  Werth continues her winning ways on her top horse Warum Nicht and on up-and-coming mounts such as El Santo and Don Johnson.

The fact that Werth relies on Equine Matrix for her horses speaks volumes as to the benefits of Equine Matrix products.  Werth can focus on the competitions ahead knowing that Equine Matrix supplements are keeping her horses at peak performance.

Equine Matrix products are certified 100% organic, all natural, and are FEI Laboratory Anti-Doping Certified.

Equine Matrix has biotin for hoof health. It is good for the coat and it improves the immune system. It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial traits as well.   Equine Matrix promotes general good health for all horses, not just athletes. It is effective with pregnant mares, babies, and seniors. It is also good for older horses that are more prone to immunity problems, as they often don't get the right level of nutrition because of their failing teeth.

Equine Matrix is available at www.EquineMatrix.com , as well as at FarmVet, Equine Tack & Nutritionals, Palm Beach Equine and other tack stores.
