I saw your comment on Anna's blog. My back problems were from a head-on collision 30 yrs. ago. I could not ride w/o pain for 3-4 yrs.
I just got a Back on Track back brace, and it seems to be helping with the long term residual physical damage from the wreck. Most of it has healed by now but it still bothers my lower back when I rasp the hooves of a mare I ride. I've used the brace since 12-24-2013 and my lower back has stopped bothering me when I rasp.
Now my neck will probably take longer, but I got the neck brace a little earlier and there are some mornings I wake up without my neck feeling like it is being crushed in a vise.
I have nothing to do with Back on Track company. I just wanted you to know that there IS an alternative to living in constant pain.
