Mmmmm.... the 1 am peanut butter I ate last night was so good that I ate the whole jar! I would have marked it down on my list but, well, my fingers were so sticky and it was so late and I was feeling a bit sick from eating so much and my pen wasn't working too well and I did have to tidy up the kitchen after all... So I guess I didn't.

However, I'll for sure mark down tonight's late night snack of cracked raw nuts and cheese. Although, by the time I vacuum up the mess, put away the nut cracker (my pliers) and apply direct pressure to my cut skin (again, the pliers)...

Karen, it's easier said than done. I, for one, am a hidden cupboard food abuser, casually dipping away. Those calories add up! It's amazing what tweaking just a few of our habits can do to make us healthier; but first we have to recognize that we have them. Thanks for the nice compliment!
