 These are not men, these are monsters. Jail would be too good for them, but it would be a start. But it should be a special jail where they are tied up and beaten while caustic chemicals and chains are applied to their feet. Maybe they could recommission some of the guards from Gitmo. Jail one offender, maybe the rest will catch on before you can get to their barns. What happened to the nice little plan to examine horses at shows  by vets?

Good work, I like that the show lost their sponsor because of this.
