Dressage Training: Shoulder In to Lengthen Stride

This is a great exercise to develop balance and engagement for the young or starting out dressage horse. It requires that the horse listen to the aids in order to not lose balance and rythm. Here we show you some of the common mistakes riders make as well as how to fix them while you are riding at home. Shoulder In is a great way to supple your horse and get him working off his hind legs to push more in the movement.

Dressage Hub is a channel created for adult amateur dressage riders to watch, learn, try and home and enjoy.
