"The Tap" is featured in the first 7 min of the video. The rest is interesting (to some ) other stuff from Horsetalk TV. Paul Williamson has man vids on Youtube as to how he has rehabbed Rearers, Unmoutable, and otherwise difficult horses.

Paul Williamson has rehabbed many difficult or "impossible" horses who were otherwise headed for you know where.

For those who have minor behavior problems, the "half tap" which can be done by anyone, on any horse, is also very effective, and does not require laying the horse down. It basically calms the "fight-flight" adrenaline rush on anxious horses and helps them to be more receptive to your aids.
