What about eating a bit later in the evening? Then you're not hungry as much just before bed.
Also, is it good to have a routine or is it OK to eat dinner sometimes at 6 and sometimes at 9 (like I do). I go to bed at least 2 hours after eating, though (well... except when I don't).
Actually, come to think of it, my routine is that I have no routine.
Ironically, even though we have been fasting for so long while we sleep, many people have trouble eating breakfast. Sometimes it takes our bodies a while to 'wake up' and for our hunger to really kick in. If that is the case, take a little something along with you that you can eat BEFORE you get to work or school. The important point is to remember to eat to break that fast before your hunger really goes into overdrive which can cause mid day over eating.
