Sports nutrition and sports psychology go hand in hand. We all know this! Ever try to be nice to someone when you are hungry, yeah, me too! So it would seem obvious that when we head out the door to a competition we should be packing high performance food that helps us fuel our bodies for the Ideal performance state when it comes to our mental game as much as our physical.
