Hi Hope and Corrie,

Thank you for your comments and interest in KAN body protectors. We have received some amazing testimonials over the last few years from riders who feel moved to share their experiences when they feel that they have escaped injury when wearing our vest – we also get so much lovely feedback on how comfortable it is to wear for any sort of riding. We post nearly everything on our website and facebook so I hope that you will check out our site in detail.

The most important difference in the KAN is that it is the only equestrian body protector that uses advanced “smart foam” technology from the motorcycle industry. This has been developed by a very well known firm in the motorbike world called Planet Knox. The Knox foam works completely differently to any other brand on the market and has highly impressive shock absorbing capabilities as our rider in this video expresses so well. It is pre moulded into body form shapes and is superbly comfortable to wear.

The KAN is not an “off the shelf” type product so our business is online. The fit is most successful when we customise each garment that is sent out (this is not so difficult and we know exactly which measurements are relevant). Internet is a wonderful thing and it really means that we can reach a global market while providing a truly accurate fit each and every time. We can ship it out to you via directly from our workshops within days of receiving an order. Shipping costs are confirmed when we know the destination and we will always find a few options at various prices and service.

We regularly schedule skype conversations where I or another of our specially trained team will discuss your type of riding or if you have any old injuries or asthma etc. the measurements that we require are: - height, waist, bust size. If you are between sizes I will then ask you a bit more! I find that having a chat can really help to build a clear picture of exactly what is required.

I do hope this is of interest to you. Thank you both again for your comments – it’s really nice to meet you here on Barnmice!

I have a plain vest which has to be made for a man as it sure fattens and puts lots of pressure on the the breast even though I am not big chested.  It is also short, so I am going to look into one of these as I wear mine always and would love something more comfortabls. Thanks Love your video.
