Making the decision how best to work through stiffness can be a challenge for many riders. Often we are faced with the decision as to what might look correct in the warm up but not actually BE correct in terms of dressage. Meaning we do not have the horse correctly working over his topline and swinging through in his back. This ultimately disengaged the hind end and will create further problems for your riding as you move from the warm up into the schooling with your horse.
