Early last Saturday morning in northern Nevada, a wild foal got a little too close to civilization. While wild mama stood guard, concerned neighbors and off-duty Dept. of Ag.'s Mike Holmes (he helped keep the REAL Phantom Stallion from being gelded or sent to slaughter) did the disentanglement. In the last two years, wild horses have had a hard time understanding why there's a new housing development on their winter range.

Very Beautiful Horses. We have two Nevada Mustangs that were born on the range and captured. They were adopted to a couple in Canada and we bought them as babies.

The reunion at the end chokes me up...
