Regardez - Hanoverian Stallion owned by Creekside Farms

Creekside Farms proudly present Regardez.

Hannoverian stallion imported from Germany in 2002. Regardez was licensed and approved for breeding by the Oldenburg Association in 1998 and in 1999, completed his 100 Day Test in Muenster, Westphalia. He finished third for dressage with and index of 128.4 which included 9's for rideability, temperment and willingness to work.

Regardez brings to Canada the legendary bloodlines of Rubinstein and Frueling. His sire, Regazzoni, was reserve Champion Young Riding Horse of Germany in 1995. In 1996 Regazzoni won the title of Best 5 Year-Old-Dressage Horse. Rubinstein was an accomplished dressage performer as a member of the 1996 Olympic team, he sired 89 state premium mares adn 66 approved stallions as well as having 40 wins at the Grand Prix level.

Regardez's dam, Fernet, goes back to one of the most successful mare lines in history, producing the Olympic Dressage horses Rembrandt, Ahlerich and Amon.

Regardez's first foals are classy, elegant types with powerful movement from behind and very pretty faces. They are eagerly awaited in the dressage ring but are also showing impressive potential to be very competitive top class hunters. They are typified by their rideablilty and kind temperments.
