Balancing a horse can be a lifetime conquest. In this video Robert Dover works with Kerrigan (who totally just kicked butt in Europe) on her PRE to define the forward movement in addition to the collection and balance of the horse on the hind end.
Correctly balancing a horse can be done at all levels of dressage.
