Robert Dover: Rising Vs Sitting Trot in Establishing Connection

When riding we often think that going rising makes it easier to establish a tempo, but is it? In this video Olympic team coach Robert Dover teaches us why that is not necessarily the case. Rising trot is not the best way to establish the tempo to help the connection for your horse in dressage and this video will tell you why.
