What is a Lateral Walk? And How to Fix the Lateral Walk
The lateral walk is becoming more and more common place in dressage. Often riders do not even know that they have created it or what they have done to create it. The good news is that once you understand what a lateral walk is, you can do the following exercise to begin to fix it. In the meantime prevention is key so riding with less tension in the walk is the ideal way to prevent the lateral walk.
