Hey Joy. I'm not sure how to comment back on your question. I hope this is the right place.
We do not pull the foal - we check position and we assist with the deliver by applying gentle pressure with contractions. I'm sure it looks different on cam that it is in real life but the only time we pull a foal is if it's a redbag.
We are very hands on, checking position and assiting because there is only a small window of opportunity to save a foal. We have done this for 7 years and it works for us. :) glad you were able to watch.
