Sandridge Saddlery and Ridgemount saddles offer their support to Linda Robert

(St-Lazare, QC – August 6, 2008) Ridgemount saddles through Sandridge Saddlery are proud to announce that they will offer their support to the Quebec dressage athlete, Linda Robert.

Linda Robert of Terrebonne, Quebec is competing on the "Gold" circuit at the Prix St-Georges/ Inter 1 level with Wedding Surprise, a black Hanoverian belonging to Rose Barolet. Robert is a Canadian team long-listed rider and is also identified as an Elite rider in the Development of Excellence Program of the Quebec Equestrian Federation.

Last year Linda Robert received several honors, including the Lauren Dilanni Award. Thanks to a brilliant season of competition she has also received the prestigious Gold Award, awarded to riders who took part in the Advanced division (Prix Saint-Georges, Intermediate I, Intermediate II and Grand Prix) and who received four 60 % or plus scores from at least two different judges.

This sponsorship from Sandridge and Ridgemount is very significant for Linda Robert, who will receive a custom Ridgemount saddle for her top horse, Wedding Surprise. "I am very pleased to receive support from Ridgemount and Sandridge Saddlery. To have a saddle made especially for Weddy that also gives me all the comfort I need to perform is an important asset in achieving my goals of 2009 "she said.

Linda Robert, who trains for high-level competitions, held in Europe, USA and Canada, joined the Olympic athlete Belinda Trussel, who is also supported by Ridgemount saddles via Paramount Saddlery.

Ridgemount saddles are highly valued by several other high-level riders such as Angela Covert Lawrence in jumping, Jessica Costello in dressage, Mark Nelson and Stephanie Hewitt in eventing.

About Ridgemount (www.ridgemountsaddlery.com)

Ridgemount Saddlery was created from the association between Sandridge Saddlery and Christian Lowe of Paramount Saddlery. Ridgemount offers high quality custom saddles and bridles.

The objective of Ridgemount is to manufacture equipment capable of meeting both the technical requirements and comfort of the rider and the horse.

Hi Stephanie,
Boy are you fast! I only joined Barnmice a few hours ago. Taylor Made Too Saddlery is doing very well. More retail than wholesale these days plus custom leatherwork. Glad to hear you're still out there! I have a new young TB filly I'm training for eventing. Attached is her picture.

Hope it comes through, I'm not very good at this....Talk again soon, NT

Hi! Yes I am sure he is from Australia. Some of the horses you see are horses we imported from Germany to Canada (the white and the bay). I ride the white one at home. The bay was sold to a client. The weather is very very warm... 30 celcius today! How about the weather in Australia? Did the people from Vancouver fly to Australia to try the horse?
