Alison Smith is the founder of Triple H Miniature Horse Rescue in Manden

asked to help rescue several minis seized from a hoarder of circus

The part that gets me is where it states: "Picture show a miniature
horse stuffed into a dog carrier."I'm going to say he was
probably transported that way," said Caroline Wedding, with the Marion
County Humane Society."

Alison Smith, the director & founder of Triple H Miniature Horse
Rescue, would like to try to do a fund raiser "Miles for Minis." One
dollar buys one mile for 6 horses to get home here to the rescue (in
North Dakota!). All six are at the vet in Jefferson, Texas. The one
found in the dog carrier was very ill and required IV fluids at the
vet. The horse had foundered and had bad teeth as well as a serious infection. Sadly, this mini was too ill to survive the abuse.  hhhmhr needs to raise $2500 to get the rest to her rescue, and to cover vet fees.
