Great and spooky story. I read the book. That housekeeper scared the daylights out of me. Who starred as the wife in the movie? I forget.

Oh, while I'm here, I think I'll add The Color Purple and ET to to my list. :)
I consider Lady Hawk the best movies I've ever seen. Wonderful acting, story, horses, and an amazing mounted duel between a knight on a Friesian battling a knight on an Andalusian in a cathedral. Amazing movie.
My next favorite is Yellow Submarine (the Beatles.) Wonderful animated movie made long before computers were used. Great music too!
I also liked Bi-Centennial Man, based on Isaac Asimov's robot books.
I've heard so much about Lady Hawke! I'd love to watch it but I can't find it at any movie stores where I live.

I bet I have watched most of those movie a thousand times........still love them!!
Very inspirational movie to get me motivated with business is "Working Girl" with Melanie Griffin (the song "Lady in Red" starred there)
Hidalgo was pretty cool and so was Australia
I love any movie with British history

I just watched the HBO series John Adams (about our 2nd president) and it was very well done and I cried a lot in the last episode.
Lord of the Rings, Edward Scissorhands, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, West Side Story, the Ten Commandments, Inkheart, Mirror Mask, Stardust, the Narnia films, Black Beauty, School of Rock is my favourite comedy, I also really enjoy Disney and Pixar movies
