Hello all first on cam is Firelight she is at 322 days today and has already bagged one time. She is beginning to progress again so hopefully we wont have much longer to wait on this beautiful girl to foal. She is in foal to our NFC Rowdy Hot Shot stallion and we are looking for plenty of color, and great conformation. Come join us in the barn and if you have any question I will do my best to answer each of them. There are a few girls to come after her and I may be putting up another cam for another mare soon. During the day when she is turned out she will have a cam on her there and this luink will cover all of them on a quad view.

We have an update: Firelight is testing 4 squares with the 5th outlined. Also Pebbles bag has doubled since yesterday. Woohoo it wont be long now.

Firelight gave us a beautiful Colt on 3/13 at 4:24am. Thank you for whomever may have watched. Pebbles is still holding her own. Emotion was acting a little off so she is in today to be watched.

Could Pearl be having problems with bonding because there were three people in with her when she foaled and when the foal was trying to nurse with help the mare was discouraged from checking him out.

Seems logical to me. All mamas are different. Some might be bothered by things that didn't effect others.

Pearl refused to even look at her foal from the very beginning. These mares are usedd to people being around them all the time. The are one big happy human horsey family there.

Firelight had a beautiful, refined, tiny colt. Now up is Pebbles - a maiden mare. Eyes are appreciated!

Life is quiet but gearing up for a fun time foaling. I am looking forward to all the foals and the joy of seeing Gods micalce of birth here at our farm. Are prayers are that we will do hit critters great and he will be proud.
