welcome Rhonda, love the pics of your horses and donkies, I sent you a friend request but my stupid tablet wouldn't let me send a message with it, I also have a QH and a medicine hat paint, I also have a morgan. Not much happens here but friend me and we can chat. Sarah
Hi, everyone, I'm new here. :) I love my QH's. I have one registered AQHA filly, and the other 4 horses are all at least half QH's.
I guess I spoke to soon, the weather here has been awful, just had snow but its supposed to be 16 this weekend. My morgan is at my friends so were going riding again this weekend, got to get on the others but to lazy to go out in the terrilble weather. Also have to bruch the shedding monsters. they've been rolling like crazy and my almost solid white paint horse is a lovely shade of blackish grey LOL. Have fun and see you soon.
The weather around here's been awesome. 80s pretty much all week last week. Rain storm today and tomorrow, then back to 70s for the weekend.
My horses are just now starting to shed, making me feel bad about a lot of lope work. But it's gotta be done.
Thanks for checking in, y'all. It'd be nice to have a good forum going.
Sarah good to see the weather back east is as good as it has been here out west! Iam in Alberta and becides 1 -30 cold snap for a week we have been riding outside all winter.
@ Sarah I'm still here. I've mostly been riding Doobie. We did have our saddle fitted to him last year that was kind of fun.
hello fellow quarter horse people: is anyone alive out there? seems like these forums have been forgotten, has anyone done anything with their horses in the last year? Were having unseasonable weather up here in Canada and it was 25 degrees c. so we were out for our first ride on the weekend. 5 hours in the saddle and the limbo under a low branch has left me with that all to familiar sore muscle feeling, oh well back on the horse to work out the pain. talk at you later Sarah
