Superb article on sports psychology posted on Eurodressage. I highly recommend it. It talks about post traumatic stress, guilt, coping mechanisms and more.

Hi everyone, I have a new book out that teaches kids how to ride. It is called The Little Red Riding Book and it is a fictional story with lots of educational information. I'm not one for sales pitches, but of you'd like to check it out the website is www.redridingbook.com and it is available through Trafalgar Square (horseandriderbooks.com). Thanks!

I agree, such a shame. It's always hard when any great horse dies. I hope everyone involved with the horse is doing alright.

So sad to hear the news about Courtney King-Dye having to put down Mythilus. I was always in awe when I watched this horse compete.

“There is no mistaking the outstanding bloodlines selected by the RCMP breeding program. The high quality breeding from the farm in Pakenham, Ontario coupled with the thorough and proficient training makes all of the horses presented for sale at the RCMP Horse Auction an outstanding value. The horses from the breeding program translate into wonderful sport horses and good friends.”
