Hi Stephanie nice to meet you! I've always been horse crazy too. Your own 4 horses? Nice!! Glad you like it here on the Island. I moved here from Toronto 14 years ago and I just love it too. I like Duncan. I'm going for a "wine ride" out there in October and I'm so looking forward to it. Love you horse pic :)

hey, i live in duncan and i am totally horse crazy! i own 4 horses and i have been riding all my life. i just moved to the island 2 years ago and i love it!

Hello there,
I was just wondering how many horse-lovers live on the Island and I just couldn't resist making a group for us. I live Sooke, BC and have a few horse pals. The two horses in the picture are some of my friend's horses that I ride and love. They've "adopted" me into their herd. I love riding by the ocean and just hanging out with the herd. I enjoy pleasure riding year round. I hope to have a horse of my own eventually when I have a place to put them :) I would love to hear from locals who also adore horses!
