Horses are in need of saving!

These horses are from South Dakota and are now in Georgetown, Ontario. they are destined to be slaughtered for meat if they do not find regular owners. Most of them are young and not in great condition, but nothing that a little TLC won't fix. If you are interested PLEASE email at jessica@meadowlarkestables.com or anthea@meadowlarkestables.com. These horses are priced from $300 to $600 depending to the size/weight according to the owner of all these horses. There are about 89 horses there, some has already been sold to meat guys

This sure has been a sad and angering day/few days for horse lovers. Especially those that are active in trying to help stop horse slaughters and those trying to save the wild mustangs. I just feel very sick tonight with all the current bad news and all. But I know we can't tire for long. There is still much to be done to help with these and other horses.
There are some real beauties in your pictures.
May some good forces be with them!

This is a terrible situation, however if the horselovers in Canada would band together and have slaughtering horses for meat banned(as it is in the US), then these low-life scum would not be shipping these horses out to Canada where they can be legally slaughtered!!

I am trying to find out where we can see these horses. My understanding is that several have been purchased at 50.00 a head for meat. Disgusting to say the least.

If anyone knows the location, please let me know. Thanks all.
