We thought so also, he is the sire to my stallion and Natalies "Fancy" the red dun APHA virgin mare...LOL I say that due to her age she isn't truly a filly but never been bred either.  She has her daddy's face.  aka Cody's personality was more like a gelding then a stallion, but he knew when a mare was brought to him and cover them one time and you would have a foal everytime!  He was put together perfectly!  I miss him!
