I think you're right that it's very important to maintain mobility as one ages. I found that doing yoga is a great help because it increases my flexibility and my stamina. Tai Chi would help to, I think. Great article.

I notice that you have horses for sale. We offer our members a free classifieds section in our discussions column and we also allow members to post videos now and then of sales horse and put them in our "For Sale" category. Please feel free to use both.
These are both done as a courtesy for our members who have one or two horses to list and are not for large sales announcements. Hope that's helpful!
