A Bit About Me and my Horse(s)

When not working my butt off in the corporate world, I spend time being the show secretary for Blue Star Farm and their legion of hunter, jumper and dressage shows.

i am currently riding a wonderful Irish Draft named Hank the Tank or "The Tank" as he is known in the barn. Dark dark bay with no white except a snip on his nose a a squiggle on his forehead. He's large enought to require custom everything ... halter, bridle, girth. I'm finally used to his width and no longer suffer from hip displasia after riding. I do need to remind myself that it's a long way down from his 17.1 hands (big for an ID) and have almost ass planted a couple of times.

I can't believe how much fun I'm havng with hiim. It's so NICE to have such a sane horse for a change.
