- This would have been about 1984-87. Gary bought a racehorse "Salty Jet" that I had galloped at the Track and that oddly enough my then husband had trained before I had met him....small world eh? Anyways a company I worked for also had their annual picnic at Pleasure Valley and I remet Gary as I saw him with Salty Wolfjet there. I did not know he was into Gaited horses now. Good for him.

They are a great breed. Calm, a great gaited ride. I have been riding for a year and a half on them and they are such wonderful animals. Taken several on OTRA trail rides, just a blast.
