I commented to your reply about wearing helmet. You are asking for advise and I think to ask you to wear a helmet EVERY time you get on a horse- even just to sit on one- is the very best advice you can possibly get. You have only that one head and -even if you might not think so now- it is very fragile and can get hurt beyond repair in a flash. Best regards, Siri
