"I was hoping you would get more responses! I asked my riding teacher. She said it was a non-issue, and that the only way she thought it would affect anything was when the rider rode the sitting trot improperly, causing soreness in the crotch area."

Opinions needed for an article on "Riding and the Big Ö"

Hello! I'm writing an article (hopefully somewhat funny!) on if sit trotting can damage nerve endings and affect our sex life. If so what causes this? The saddle? Lack of muscle tone? Improper position?Also, what kind of remedies have you sought to help alleviate any pain that you have experienced with sit trotting?Any help would be greatly appreciated!SusanneSee More
