To be with or not to be with. The question matters not when there is but one answer, not to be with. Horses, that is. Can't physically care for them and can't financially afford to care for them besides. Catch-22 of being disabled, degenerative disk disease.
I just appreciate my cherished memories of riding. Perhaps one day...a smooth gaited horse won't hurt my back hopefully.
